ノーマライゼーション

ノーマライゼーションとは、障がい者や高齢者が、できるかぎり一般の人々と同じように生活を営めるようにすること。さらには、障がいや高齢にかかわらず、ともに生活できるような社会にすること。

Normalization means that people with disabilities and the elderly can live as much as they can with the general public. In addition, a society where people can live together, regardless of disability or age.

ノーマライゼーションとは、1950年代にデンマークの知的障がい者の親の施設改善運動から始まった理念であり、国連の国際障がい者(1981年)をきっかけに広く知られ、定着した。
ノーマライゼーションとは、社会福祉の基本理念のこと。

しかし何も知らない国民も存在します。
私もその一人です。
国民年金を支払っていないと、
精神的なダメージを受けた際、
障がい者手当を受けることはできません。
しかしノーマライゼーションを取り上げた際には、
私も日本国民としてカウントしてもらいたいです。
