聖教新聞では、こうだ。

フィリピンの名門【国立】大学「南ミンダナオ大学」が、池田ＳＧＩ（創価学会インタナショナル）会長に「名誉人文学博士号」を授与することを決定した。(中略）前身は、１９５４年に開学したミンダナオ工科学院。７８年、【国立総合大学】として、新たにスタートした。

英語では「地方(公立）」といい、日本語では「国立」と言っているのだ！！？？

特に聖教では「７８年、国立総合大学として、新たにスタートした。」とあるので、７８年に何があったのか見てみた。１９７８年３月１３日、フェルナンド・マルコス大統領が、「法令番号１３１２」に署名し、ミンダナオ工科学院を統合し総合大学としたとあった。

ではこの「法令１３１２」とは何か？　ここにある。

現在、当総合大学は（state-owned＝州政府保有の）１２０校ある公立大学の内、(ミンダナオ）にある９校の一つである。

注）ＳＵＣとは
【S】tate 【U】niv. & 【C】ollege(公立総合及び単科大学）の略号。

以上であるが、ここでも「国立」と詐称しているのが読み取れるではないか。このようにして国内の日本人会員を小馬鹿にし、騙しているのが聖教新聞という内部向け会員洗脳回覧板ということだ。

しかし正しく検証しても被洗脳創価平会員は言うであろう。

「Stateという意味には、国いう意味もある。従って日本語では国立と翻訳しても差し支えない。その証拠にアメリカの国家元首の英語は　head of stateとあるではないか」と・・・。

莫迦よ、ではアメフトで日本でも有名な「University of California Los Angeles(UCLA)」はカリフォルニア国立大学であるか？
