　<strong><a HREF="http://sendai311-memorial.jp/" target="_blank">せんだい3.11メモリアル交流館</a></strong>（<a HREF="https://www.facebook.com/sendai311memorial/" target="_blank">公式Facebookページ</a>,  <a HREF="http://nifty.its-mo.com/z-137671279-507424461-9.htm" target="_blank">地図</a>），ならびに<strong><a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%8D%92%E4%BA%95%E9%A7%85_%28%E5%AE%AE%E5%9F%8E%E7%9C%8C%29" target="_blank">荒井駅</a></strong>（<a HREF="http://nifty.its-mo.com/z-137671090-507426971-9.htm" target="_blank">地図</a>）は、<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%AB%98%E9%80%9F%E9%81%93%E8%B7%AF" target="_blank">高速道路</a>（一般<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%9C%89%E6%96%99%E9%81%93%E8%B7%AF" target="_blank">有料道路</a>（<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%AB%98%E9%80%9F%E8%87%AA%E5%8B%95%E8%BB%8A%E5%9B%BD%E9%81%93%E3%81%AB%E4%B8%A6%E8%A1%8C%E3%81%99%E3%82%8B%E4%B8%80%E8%88%AC%E5%9B%BD%E9%81%93%E8%87%AA%E5%8B%95%E8%BB%8A%E5%B0%82%E7%94%A8%E9%81%93%E8%B7%AF" target="_blank">高速自動車国道に並行する一般国道自動車専用道路</a>）） ・ <a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BB%99%E5%8F%B0%E6%9D%B1%E9%83%A8%E9%81%93%E8%B7%AF" target="_blank">仙台東部道路</a>の<strong><a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BB%99%E5%8F%B0%E6%9D%B1%E3%82%A4%E3%83%B3%E3%82%BF%E3%83%BC%E3%83%81%E3%82%A7%E3%83%B3%E3%82%B8" target="_blank">仙台東インターチェンジ</a></strong>（<a HREF="http://nifty.its-mo.com/z-137674013-507445062-13.htm" target="_blank">地図</a>，住所：宮城県仙台市若林区六丁目）のすぐ西側にあります。<a HREF="http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/" target="_blank">フリー百科事典『ウィキペディア（Wikipedia）』</a> ・ <a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BB%99%E5%8F%B0%E6%9D%B1%E9%83%A8%E9%81%93%E8%B7%AF" target="_blank">仙台東部道路</a>にも載っているとおり、<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BB%99%E5%8F%B0%E6%9D%B1%E9%83%A8%E9%81%93%E8%B7%AF" target="_blank">仙台東部道路</a>は、平成23年（2011年）3月11日の<a HREF="http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%9D%B1%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E5%A4%A7%E9%9C%87%E7%81%BD" target="_blank">東日本大震災</a>の津波被害の際に、この道路が<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E7%9B%9B%E5%9C%9F" target="_blank">盛土</a>構造であったために<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%A0%A4%E9%98%B2" target="_blank">堤防</a>（<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%98%B2%E6%BD%AE%E5%A0%A4" target="_blank">防潮堤</a>）の役割を果たして内陸への浸水を抑えたことで知られており、この道路の<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%B3%95%E9%9D%A2" target="_blank">法面（のりめん）</a>に駆け上がったことによって津波から逃れられた人がいたことで、知られています。<strong><a HREF="http://sendai311-memorial.jp/" target="_blank">せんだい3.11メモリアル交流館</a></strong>（<a HREF="https://www.facebook.com/sendai311memorial/" target="_blank">公式Facebookページ</a>,  <a HREF="http://nifty.its-mo.com/z-137671279-507424461-9.htm" target="_blank">地図</a>），ならびに<strong><a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%8D%92%E4%BA%95%E9%A7%85_%28%E5%AE%AE%E5%9F%8E%E7%9C%8C%29" target="_blank">荒井駅</a></strong>（<a HREF="http://nifty.its-mo.com/z-137671090-507426971-9.htm" target="_blank">地図</a>）は、この<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BB%99%E5%8F%B0%E6%9D%B1%E9%83%A8%E9%81%93%E8%B7%AF" target="_blank">仙台東部道路</a>のすぐ西側、即ち内陸側にあるため、津波被害に関しては安全である確率が高い場所の中で被災地域に最寄りの場所にあることになります。したがって、平成23年（2011年）3月11日の<a HREF="http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%9D%B1%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E5%A4%A7%E9%9C%87%E7%81%BD" target="_blank">東日本大震災</a>に基づいて防災を啓発する博物館を交通が便利な場所に設けるとすれば、<strong><a HREF="http://sendai311-memorial.jp/" target="_blank">せんだい3.11メモリアル交流館</a></strong>（<a HREF="https://www.facebook.com/sendai311memorial/" target="_blank">公式Facebookページ</a>,  <a HREF="http://nifty.its-mo.com/z-137671279-507424461-9.htm" target="_blank">地図</a>）は、最適な場所にあることになると思いました。

　写真は撮り漏らしましたが、<strong><a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%AE%AE%E5%9F%8E%E7%9C%8C" target="_blank">宮城県</a></strong> <strong><a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BB%99%E5%8F%B0%E5%B8%82" target="_blank">仙台市</a></strong>の中心部の観光案内所については、2016年3月現在、<strong><a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BB%99%E5%8F%B0%E9%A7%85" target="_blank">仙台駅</a></strong>（<a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BB%99%E5%8F%B0%E5%B8%82" target="_blank">仙台市</a></strong>だけにとどまらず、<strong><a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%AE%AE%E5%9F%8E%E7%9C%8C" target="_blank">宮城県</a></strong>全体や東北６県の観光パンフレットも入手することができましたので、<strong><a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BB%99%E5%8F%B0%E5%B8%82" target="_blank">仙台市</a></strong>を拠点にして<strong><a HREF="https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%AE%AE%E5%9F%8E%E7%9C%8C" target="_blank">宮城県</a></strong>の他市町村の被災地を巡る場合にもご利用いただけます。<a HREF="http://www.m-sensci.or.jp/" target="_blank">みやぎ仙台商工会</a> ・ <a HREF="http://www.m-sensci.or.jp/Sightseeing/sightseeing_infomation_corner.html" target="_blank">観光案内所</a>によればリンク先URLは2016年3月現在、<strong><a
